Analyzing technical feasibility of a modern approach to software testing through bug hunting

by Elias Groot , August 14, 2024

Together with Jochem Wagenaar (Wagenaar Succes), LJZ has operated as external technical expert to conduct a feasibility study on the DBugIT project: a fresh startup that aims to make software testing more interesting for aspiring software engineers by providing an interactive bug hunting game.

The report was written in order to comply with the Dutch Research Council NWO. Its contents have been deemed confidential until further notice, but LJZ looks back on a period of fruitful collaboration, both with Jochem Wagenaar and with the team at DBugIT.

An AI-free promise

While AI tools in many aspects make us much more productive at LJZ, letting it write content for humans to read sounds dystopian to us. That is why we commit to the AI-free promise for all text we write. It might contain some grammar mistakes or spelling issues here and there, but at least it is our own writing and it was written with ❤️.

That's it.
